Real Estate To Market All Of Robert Ball's Real Estate Projects
PORTLAND, OR — March 25, 2004
Portland, Or. Robert Ball, a Portland real estate investor specializing
in preserving and converting historic buildings into classic living
spaces, announced today that Pearl Real Estate will continue to
market all of his real estate holdings.
“Sales have been absolutely sensational at
Marshall Wells Lofts,” said Ball. “We are 95% sold and
our new team of realtors has done an outstanding job of completing
this project as we prepare for two new exciting projects in early
October,” Ball added.
Ball named Judi Bost, principal broker at Pearl
Real Estate. Judy has over 17 years of real estate experience in
the San Francisco Bay area and Portland. She is currently completing
the Marshall Wells project in the Pearl. She most recently served
as an associate broker for Legends Homes at their Madison Heights
project in West Linn and for Costa Pacific Homes at Orenco Station.
Prior to that, Ms. Bost was designated broker for Oakridge Estates
in the Bethany area.
Ken Olenslager, an eight year real estate veteran,
continues as part of the Pearl Real Estate team. Ken was involved
in the entire Marshall Wells project.
David Sanchez and Lea Turner Betts have recently
joined Pearl Real Estate. “David and Lea add a tremendous
amount of energy and excitement here at Pearl Real Estate,”
said Ball.
Marshall Wells Lofts is the historic warehouse
located on the edge of the Pearl District that was converted into
164 classic lofts. The building, built in 1910, was once a Marshall-Wells
Hardware Company warehouse. It covers the block between Northwest
Lovejoy Street, Northwest Kearney Street and Northwest 14th and
15th Avenues.
